How You Can Tell A Good Quality Compatible Cartridge From A Bad One

Hi folks!

Glad to have you back here again today.

Today, I am going to answer an age-old question:
How You Can Tell A Good Quality Compatible Cartridge From A Bad One?

The answer is pretty simple!

And there's only one sure-fire way to tell.

I'll try not to offend you with the answer. Are you ready?

The answer is: Just test it or try it for yourself.

That's right, go to a reputable company that sells compatible or remanufactured cartridges, (like ours at www.tlcIT.com) and buy it!

Pop it into your printer and print to your heart's desire.

If you see no noticeable difference in the print quality from your previous name brand cartridge, you know the one that came in your printer, then you my friend have found a "Good Quality Cartridge..."

...Probably at a third to a half of the price of the original brand name cartridge you used to buy!

If you notice streaks or smudges when you print from the cartridge then guess what...!
...it's junk!

Put it right back into the box, call the company you bought it from and they will, if they are reputable, pay for the return shipping and either refund your money or send you a replacement.
You decide.

That's all there is to it...!

...It's as simple as that.

And I don't mean to trivialize this, but if you try a cartridge from a reputable company they will stand 100% behind their cartridges so you have nothing to lose!

The key of course, is finding a reputable company.

And a better question might be: "How can You Find A Reputable Company That Supplies A Good Quality Compatible or Remanufactured Cartridge?

And this answer is a little more complex.

One clue to finding a reputable company is to look for their name, address, and phone numbers prominently posted on their website. If it is, there's a good chance they are reputable.

After all when was the last time you heard a crook tell you his name, address, email, and phone number before he ripped you off?

If it's not NOT plastered all over their web pages and it's next to impossible to contact them then BEWARE.

Another clue to finding a reputable company, and this is just my opinion, is if the people who answer the phone only use their first name and then him-haw if or when you ask them for their last name, that to me is a clue that they are not open and honest.

You may disagree? Its my belief that cowards and people who want do not want to accept responsibility for what they do, (unless its good), try to hide their identity not honest people!

We answer our phones and tell you our first names and if you ask we won't hesitate to tell you our last name too. We sign our emails with our real first name and last name!

Why? Because we have nothing to hide! We are honest and straightforward and we want you to know who we are! And we want you to trust us too.

Another clue, to finding a reputable company that sales compatible cartridges would be to send an email or call before you buy.

If the company answers your questions promptly and with courtesy, then that should be the clue to you as to how they will handle your order.

Yes, it's true, if you leave a message on our voice mail, or send an email to us after 5:00 PM (e.s.t.) or during the weekend, you probably will not get a response until the next working day morning. Sorry, but we have families to attend to, don't you?

Another clue, to finding a reputable company, would be if you ask them if they use the cartridges they sale?

Of course you could get a story from them and possibly not know it, but you would be surprised at how many customer service reps answer that question in such a way as to make you suspicious that they may not.

We use our own cartridges here. We have either a compatible or a remanufactured cartridge in each of the printers, faxes and copiers here at in our office. Here's a few of the printer models we have right now, that are using the same cartridges you would use from www.tlcIT.com

Zerox XD-100
HP Laserjet 4-L
Canon FaxPhone B-110
and our latest addition a Brother MFC-8440.

We use our own compatible or remanufactured cartridges in each one of them.

And yes, I'll be brutally honest, sometimes you get one that doesn't perform as well as others.

But again, if the company that sells the cartridge to you is reputable, then they will stand behind it and either send you a replacement or give you your money back.

That's what we do!

So now all you have to do is just try them for yourself!

Rick
