Remanufactured OR Compatible Cartridges? What's the Difference?
Hi there!
Today, we'll cover the difference between remanufactured cartridges and compatible cartridges.
One thing, that we honestly and consistently state to our customers is that we do not sell "Brand Name" or "OEM" (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Cartridges"! Our cartridges are either Compatible cartridges or Remanufactured cartridges.
Our remanufactured cartridges are clearly noted in the description and/or the item number is prefixed by the letters "RM", indicating remanufactured.
Remanufactured cartridges are cartridges that are made from the OEM Drum and recycled components. They are most often the least expensive option when investing in a cartridge.
The next least expensive option are Compatible Toners.
Our Compatible Toners at tlcIT.com are identified with the item number prefix "CT", for Compatible Toner. These compatible toners contain a new life long drum and up to 80% new components. Typically the new components included in a compatible cartridge are the OPC Drum, CPR, Wiper Blade, Mag Roller, Doctor Blade and Gears.
Both our Compatible Cartridges and our Remanufactured Cartridges are made in ISO 9002 and 14001 Certified Facilities.
No manufacturing environment is perfect but ours have an overall defect rate under 2%! Which is pretty good, don't you think?
So what does this mean to you?
It means our compatible and remanufactured cartridges are guaranteed to perform equal to the OEM cartridge or we'll give you your money back. No questions asked!
Till next time...
