St Patrick's Day Erin Go Braugh Blarney Stone Special Offer
Hello people!
Happy St. Pat's day! Are you participating in the "wearing of the green" today? If not you should be.
Maybe you don't celebrate St Patrick's Day! That's a shame cause he was a great role model. Much better than some of the role models we put up on a pedestal these days!
In case you haven't guessed, I am not Irish! You might not have been able to tell from my last name.
Usually, one way to tell a good Irish name is if it begins with an O "apostrophe". Like O'Reilly or O'Neil.
I thought about adding an apostrophe to the end of my last name today but it sort of loses its effect when the apostrophe is at the end!
Balestin'O?
Looks sort of hokey doesn't it?
Does it look any better with the O apostrophe at the beginning, like this?
O'Balestino?
Too many o's?
Oh well, too bad! You'll just have to accept it! It's just for one day.
ASIDE: Wonder if you have to fill in a government Temporary Name Change Form 2091V to do this? They have forms for everything else. Hopefully they won't get the idea from (monitoring er...) reading this blog and pass it into law . :-)
Sorry about the rambling about Saint Patricks day... the purpose was to lead into our "Saint Patrick's Day-Irish-Erin-go-bragh (whatever that means)-Luck-of-the-Irish-Irish-Eyes-Are -Smiling-Four-Leaf-Clover-Blarney-Stone-Special... here it is:
Green Eggs and Ham $1.99...
Just kidding....
We have green Labels today! Actually we have them all the time but it's Saint Patricks Day! See them below!
Enjoy!
Rick
