Today we sent you all an email that implied that we will never again offer a promotion code in an email. This is true... from now on, you must be a loyal reader of this blog in order to take advantage of the promotion codes or special offers (if any) that we offer.
As you might know, we were offering discounts codes and specials every month when the "new" site went live! A lot of you took advantage of them and some of you even won a Free Cartridge in our Free Laser and Inkjet Cartridge Giveaway.
As our email promotions got fewer and farther between, many of you called and asked for a discount code. To be honest, it was no longer fun to give away something that some of you expected, so we cooled it on the promotions for awhile.
Another reason why we cooled the special offers was because our prices are already so low our bean counter was having a hard time approving them.
One way we alerted you about these promotions was by emailing you...
Unfortunately though, due to the large number of spam filtering going on out there, a lot of you were simply not getting your email with the promotion codes when we were offering them.
Well this went on for awhile and then I started really getting into posting to this blog and one Friday night, out of the blue, without talking to our bean counter or even to our customer Service reps I offered a $500.00 Inkjet or Laser Cartridge Giveaway! right here in this blog.
On that next Monday, we sent you all, an email and invited you to visit the blog for a special offer and many of you visited and entered the $500.00 Inkjet / Laser Cartridge Giveaway.
This was such a great success (see list of winners here) and we were able to surprise and excite a lot of people by offering this right here that it became fun again.
So, from now on, if you want a chance to save money or possibly win something from us here at www.tlcIT.com... or if you want to learn of something new.... or if you want to read the latest news about labels or inkjet and laser cartridges, then you'll have to read this blog.
