Are You Compatible With Your Printer?

Today I'd like to rant and rave about cartridge compatibility and this will be the first of many posts on compatible cartridges and their compatibility with different printers.
For instance we will start with my personal favorite printer the HP LaserJet 4L. I've owned this printer for at least 14 years and it's still going strong.
I'll be honest, I used to use nothing but OEM cartridges and bought them most of the time from Sams Club. Then I discovered compatible cartridges and major cost savings and I've never looked back.
Now back to compatibility (and I am not taking about my relationship with my printer although I must admit we are comfortably compatible!)
The HP 4L Printer takes OEM cartridge model # 92274A.
This particular cartridge works or is compatible with more that just the HP 4L printer. It can also be used for the HP4ml, the HP 4mp and the HP 4p and the Lasermaster Winprinter 1000.
So you see that any one cartridge can be compatible or can be used for many different printers. That's why when you search for a compatible cartridge you must know your printer model and then you'll very easily be able to find the compatible cartridge that best suits your printer.
