Whatever Happened to Apple Printers and Does Anybody Really Care?

You know its one of those things where you just scratch your head and mumble to yourself, "How'd I miss that one?".

We have a pretty wide variety of compatible Apple Printer Cartridges but if the truth be told we sale very few? I was wondering why, so I decided to visit the Apple website!

Once there I immediately noticed something wrong.

I could not easily find their printers. Finally after searching around I found them quite discreetly hidden under the iPods, iPod Accessories, and Mac categories and buried even further under the Mac Accessories section.

Once I clicked on the obscure Printer link, horror of horror, 85 results and believe it or not none were the Apple brand. As a matter of fact they had every brand but the Apple brand for sale in their store. Anybody a stockholder out there?

Go figure?

What I'd love to know is... Is there anyone out there that still uses an Apple brand Printer? If so I'd like to hear from you...

When did you get it and when did Apple quit making them cause I missed the boat on that one!
